Congratulations! Your visa has been approved. You can now proceed to the final steps of this process.

Be advised that despite being approved during your interview, in some rare cases, the Consulate can still delay or deny visa for various reasons. So WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND not making travel reservations to the United States until you have received your visa.

Submit this notice and appointment letter to the post office service counter and make delivery arrangements. You may choose to (1) pick up your visa or (2) have it delivered to you. Unfortunately, the Post Office will not provide mail service outside Guangdong province at this time. Applicants from outside Guangdong province should arrange to pick up their visas at the Post Office. If you have any questions, contact the JunYuan Post Office for information. Address: 155# TianHe East Road, Guangzhou, telephone:020-38188078. Below is the visa delivery fee:

You may check the delivery status of your visa by calling 11185. When you receive the visa, please DO NOT OPEN THE VISA PACKET, the Department of Home Land Security will open the packet when you enter the U.S. Check the visa information. If you find the visa information does not match the passport information, please use our Web site or fax to contact us, our Web site is www.usembassy-china.org.cn/guangzhou/iv/email.html, fax number is 020-38844412.

*For example: If your visa is approved and you pay the visa delivery fee on Monday, you can pick up your visa on Wednesday.
